All Sunny Ceramics pieces are created with high-fire stoneware or porcelain clay. All glazes used are food safe, ensuring the safe consumption of hot and cold substances in each of my pieces (unless otherwise noted).
All of my pieces are dishwasher, oven, and microwave safe with the exception of pieces with gold lustre. Pieces with gold lustre are not microwave safe because the gold contains metal.
To retain the quality of your piece and the beauty of the glazes, I recommend handwashing your piece with a mild soap. Always be sure to avoid moving items between extreme hot and cold temperatures to avoid thermal shock.
The beauty of handmade means that no two pieces are exactly alike. Each of my pieces are completely handmade by me, meaning there may be slight variations in the shape, size, color, and finish of the items from what you see in the photographs. I strive to represent each piece as accurately as possible. These variations are very small and may not be noticeable–if they are though, please know that they are not flaws, but are part of what makes each item unique.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary by weight, size, and location. All pieces are shipping from my location in Atlanta, Georgia. When purchasing a piece on my website, shipping costs are automatically set up based on the cost to ship throughout the entire US. If you’re located closer to me in Atlanta then California and your shipping costs are less than the base rate calculated, I will automatically refund all shipping overages that exceed $2. You’ll receive a refund to your method of payment within a week.
Multiple Orders: If you are ordering multiple pieces of pottery I will try to ship in one package whenever possible, although some pieces may be too large and require separate packaging. I will always try to ship in the least amount of packages required and will refund any shipping charge overages based on this.

Local Pickup: If you’re local in Atlanta and want to pick up your piece, send me a message via email or Instagram with your name and order number and we can arrange a time to meet (and your shipping costs will be refunded back to you!)
Sustainability: I strive to reduce my carbon footprint. Each piece of pottery is carefully and safely packed, and I use recycled & environmentally-friendly packing materials whenever possible.
Shipping Location: Orders can only be shipped within the US at this time. They will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Insurance is available upon request.

Damages: If, for any reason, your package arrives and something broke during delivery, reach out to me immediately via email with a photo of the damaged piece. I will replace, refund, or issue store credit for any items broken in transit. Sunny Ceramics is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.

I strive to always make high quality work that is both functional and beautiful. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please reach out to me within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can find a solution. If we come to an agreement that the item can be returned, a refund or store credit, minus shipping fees, will be issued once the item is returned to me. All items should be returned in their original packaging, wrapped carefully, and must be trackable and shipped at the customer's expense.
